The Ontario County Youth Fair Board is made up of one youth from each of the animal barns representing young agriculture in our county. Each representative was voted on by their peers and they serve as the voice of that barn to the adult fair board.
This board is meant to give the representing youth a look into how an organization, that serves many interests, works. From raising money, through requests and activities, to how to then spend that money in fairness to all animals represented. They are an energetic, thoughtful group of kids, with a lot of ideas. They run many contests at the fair; bossy bingo, question of the day, barn decorating contest.
